WAIVING CHANGE & CANCELLATION FEES
Guided by our purpose of care, we are temporarily adjusting our policies to allow for flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel for both existing and new bookings.
OPTION 1 : POSTPONE YOUR STAY (up to 24 months from your reserved date of arrival)
Change your booking to a future date. Please note that changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences if any.
OPTION 2 : VOUCHER (valid for 24 months from date of issue)
Should you not be able to determine a future date yet, we are happy to issue a voucher valid for 24 months from date of issue. This voucher is fully transferable to your friends and family should you not be able to make it personally. Please note that the voucher will be subject to availability for any date apart from between 20 December to 10 January.
REOPENING HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGEINE GUIDELINES
As we are preparing for our imminent reopening, we are currently implementing strict health, safety and cleanliness protocols in accordance to Indonesian Health Ministry guidelines.
This is to guarantee that the health protocol will be in place to provide the highest level of safety and hygiene for our guests and employees beginning from Personal Hygiene, Body Temperature measurement, Face Covering, Physical Distancing, and overall Hotel Cleanliness. In addition, new protocols will be continuously updated according to the updated government protocols.
Other implementations such as the Enhanced Sanitation Guidelines and Training for Food Safety and Guest Accommodation will also be implemented which includes recommended hygiene and disinfecting practices such as modifying in-room dining services, designing new approaches to in villa check in service and offering food and beverage by distant ordering.
We are also implementing new cleaning procedures which incorporate health & safety measures, contact point cleaning and disinfection procedures, removing or re-arranging furniture in common areas, and much more.
